You will fall in love with the grace and charm of our custom built Craftsman style home. There are pocket doors, leaded windows, a spindled staircase and a wrap around porch. Relax in a one our reclining leather chairs in the living room or cuddle up on the couch in front of the gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully furnished with pots and pans, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. WiFi is free. Each of the four bedrooms have their own bathroom. The backyard has a fire pit, barbecue, volley ball net and over an acre of lawn space for outdoor activities.
The Holiday Valley resort is just 4 miles north, just outside of the quaint village of Ellicotville. Allegheny State Park and the Seneca Casino is about a 10 minute drive away in Salamanca. But you may just want to sit on the porch and enjoy the quiet country setting and the surrounding scenic Appalachian foothills.
